Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of KILLCUT (“we”), which runs KILLCUT at killcut.online. By using KILLCUT, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who can use KILLCUT
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
2. The service
KILLCUT is a free tool that runs in your browser to help you make clips from your own gameplay videos. It is supported by ads. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
3. Your content
Your videos and clips belong to you. Because KILLCUT works on your device, we never receive or store them. You are responsible for having the right to use any footage you edit. If you clip someone else's stream or video, get their permission first.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use KILLCUT to make or share content that is illegal, harasses people, or infringes someone else's rights. Don't try to break, overload or copy the site's code to run a competing service, and don't interfere with the ads that keep it free.
5. Game trademarks
KILLCUT is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Activision. Call of Duty and Warzone are trademarks of Activision Publishing, Inc. Game footage in your clips remains subject to the game publisher's own terms for content creators.
6. Automatic features
Highlight scanning, killfeed watch, grades and punch in placement are automatic suggestions. They can be wrong, so review your clips before you post them.
7. No warranty
KILLCUT is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be error free, always available, or work with every file or browser. Keep your original recordings; KILLCUT never changes them, but you are responsible for your own backups.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or content, arising from your use of KILLCUT. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using KILLCUT after an update means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
